Recommended sizing: Unisex sizes tend to run bigger than your standard tee. For women, we recommend sizing down. For men, these run pretty true to size. To be on the safe side, grab your favorite tee out of your drawer, measure from top to bottom + pit to pit and match it to the measurements above.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For goods that are still in stock on our site, we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.
Any original, related shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for new shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds are subject to a $2 restocking fee. Your return must be in original unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For a return, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery - we cannot accept returns/exchanges on lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include package insurance and tracking at your own discretion.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the product has been received and inspected at our shop we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.Please include your name and order number with your return package.
Customizable goods, rush fees, shipping upgrades, sale items, and special-order clothing sizes are all NON-refundable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on original unworn, unwashed merchandise - so please check your order before laundering! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or laundered.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship products out at 12PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you order past that time, expect your order to ship out on the next shipping day.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We typically ship via USPS First-Class shipping unless you select a different option at checkout. You do have the choice of shipping Priority or UPS.
First Class Mail typically takes 2-3 days to arrive across most of the United states, but can take 3-5 days for farther or more remote areas.
Please allow 1-4 weeks for international shipments to arrive. Polished Prints is not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?!
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items, including orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
We cannot accept responsibility for international orders that do not arrive.
All of our orders include tracking. If the tracking drops off mid-shipment prior to confirmed delivery, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.
