Each tee is made in Bangladesh by makers whose mission is to protect the environment and consciously strive to minimize the use of natural resources in the manufacturing industry. The factory is focused on the well-being of its staff, from paying fair salaries (on time!) to providing employees with on-site childcare and access to medical care, including free medications when needed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For goods purchased on sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether they are still available on our website.
Any original, related shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for new shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds are subject to a $2 restocking fee.
Your return must be in original unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For a return, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery - we cannot accept returns/exchanges on lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include package insurance and tracking at your own discretion.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email support@polishedprints.com. Once the product has been received and inspected at our shop we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.
Please include your name and order number with your return package.
NON-REFUNDABLE:
Customizable goods, rush fees, collaborative collections, limited-edition designs, seasonal wear, shipping upgrades, sale items, masks, and special-order clothing sizes are all NON-refundable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on original unworn, unwashed merchandise - so please check your order before laundering! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or laundered.
