Since its fruition in 2018, our brand has grown from one mom’s small hobby in the guest bedroom to a globally-recognized apparel brand that is sold in over 800 boutiques all over the world. What We’re Looking For: As our brand continues to evolve, we're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities include but are not limited to effectively managing all aspects of the inventory process from the technical setup and communication with drop ship partners to ensuring that all inventory is accounted for across all locations and channels. This person needs to be highly organized, have a can-do attitude, adapt to internal growth and operate independently within the warehouse space.

This person needs to be highly organized, have a can-do attitude, adapt to internal growth and operate independently within the warehouse space.

  Responsibilities:
  - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate counts of all products
  - Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
  - Pull, pack and ship orders as needed to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  - Oversee materials handling, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  - Utilize data collection tools to analyze inventory trends and make recommendations for process improvements
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  - Process UPC codes for new product. Create and print barcode labels and adhere to product when needed.
  - Communicate with vendors on orders being delivered. Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse space
  - Coordinate quarterly inventory counts with internal staff or external support when needed
  - Process returns and exchanges and maintain communication with customers as it pertains to their orders
  - Maintain communication with drop ship partners including Nordstrom, Dia & Co
  - Upload inventory into Drop Ship Portals when needed
  - Input Purchase Orders and reconcile weekly Sales Orders in the inventory system
  - Other duties as assigned

  Required Skills:
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  - Experience working with Excel, Slack, and Shopify
  - Excellent organizational and time management skills
  - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  - Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment preferred

Compensation

• $40-45k annual salary
• 401(k) Benefits with a 5% match (after 90 days of employment)

This is a full-time position located in our Maryville Warehouse. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, however daily hours are dependent on the number of orders and demand of the responsibilities.
