Responsibilities:
Welcome every customer with open arms as they step into our enchanting store.Foster an inviting atmosphere by nurturing connections and building genuine relationships with customers and fellow team members; every interaction counts!Be the go-to person to hold items at the cash wrap, easing the shopping experience for our valued patrons.
Guide customers at our craft bar, showcasing creativity as you assist them in heat pressing their unique creations to take home with joy.Delve into the desires of each customer, offering thoughtful suggestions and delightful alternatives that celebrate their individuality.If something’s not in stock, no worries—locate it from our warehouse, St. Louis Store, or our trusted retail partners with a smile.Go above and beyond to surpass customer expectations by lending a helping hand and offering information that brightens their day.Cherish the beauty of our space by upholding merchandising and operational standards that reflect our commitment to quality.Embrace company policies and procedures with pride, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all.Punctuality is key—arrive on time to open the store and welcome customers.Maintain a visually stunning store by restocking inventory, strategically moving products, and assisting in the creation of captivating displays.Efficiently handle transactions and provide customers with receipts that encapsulate their fantastic purchases.Verify signatures with care, ensuring every transaction is secure.Know the ins and outs of our return policy, so you can share them confidently with customers.Stay in the loop about our brand happenings, new products, and upcoming launches by reading the weekly newsletter religiously.Communicate effortlessly with your team on Slack; collaboration creates magic!Keep a watchful eye on quality control, inspecting every item before it graces the sales floor.Engage in daily inventory counts, embracing the organization that shapes our success.And of course, embrace other duties as assigned—flexibility fuels creativity!Availability
Must be available Wednesday to Friday between the hours of 3:30 PM and 7 PM Must be available to work at least 3 weekends per month, typically on a Saturday or Sunday—rarely both—between 10 AM and 4 PM15-20 hours per week, with schedules lovingly determined at least three weeks in advanceEssential Skills + Qualities
