About: Polished Prints is a women- and kids' lifestyle brand built around creating products that make everyday life feel a little more fun. Since launching in 2018, we've grown from a small side hustle into a nationally recognized brand carried by hundreds of boutiques across the country while continuing to call Edwardsville home.

Our storefront is part boutique, part creative space. Customers can shop our collections, create custom apparel at our Craft Bar, and leave feeling like they found something special. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves creating great customer experiences, and wants to be part of a small business that's always growing.

What you'll Do:
No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome every customer and create a friendly, welcoming shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and help them find products they'll love.
• Provide thoughtful styling and gift recommendations.
• Ring up purchases accurately and confidently using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist customers with projects at our Craft Bar, including operating our heat presses.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
• Restock inventory and maintain sales floor displays.
• Inspect products for quality before placing them on the floor.
• Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks.
• Learn new product launches and stay up to date on company information.
• Communicate with the team and help create a positive, supportive work environment.
• Follow company policies and opening/closing procedures.
• Pitch in wherever needed—small businesses thrive when everyone works together.

Availability: 
We're looking for someone who can consistently work:

• Wednesday through Friday between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM
• At least three weekends per month (typically one Saturday or Sunday, rarely both) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Schedules are posted at least three weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout your shift.
