Custom & Group Orders
Do you do custom orders?
We do, and we love them. One-off tees for your people, group orders for the team, the baby shower, the family reunion, the bachelorette that needs matching everything. You name it, we've probably made it.
How do you make them?
In-house, with our own commercial embroidery and printing. We also have access to a wide range of products beyond tees, so if you want custom branded goods for your business, school, organization or store, ask. We like a challenge.
What kind of embroidery do you offer?
Just about every kind. The fastest way to find out what's possible for your project is to email us at merch@polishedprints.com.
How long does it take?
Plan on 3–4 weeks, depending on the time of year (December is December). Need it sooner? A $50 rush fee gets it done in one week. Larger orders may carry a higher rush fee, and we'll tell you before you commit.
Your timeline starts the day your invoice is paid, not the day you first email us.
What does it cost?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the design. Send us the details and we'll put together a quote. Shopping for your store? Wholesale orders go through our Faire wholesale shop.
What do I need to send?
Email your artwork as a JPG or PNG to merch@polishedprints.com, along with what you'd like it on, how many you need and when you need them.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Our design calendar books out, so reach out early to get on it. Need something within a month? Expect a rush fee of up to $100, depending on the size of the order and how complex the design is. Custom illustration starts at $200, and the artwork is yours to keep. For design questions, email Leah directly at leah@polishedprints.com.
Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
No. Custom pieces are made just for you, so they're final sale: no returns and no exchanges.
Schools, Nonprofits & Organizations
Do you make spirit wear?
We do, and we'd like to retire the boxy, scratchy kind for good. We can customize any of our designs for your school or build a full collection just for you. Our custom spirit wear listings are on the site anytime, and we partner with three new schools or organizations each month on full collections.
Do you offer fundraisers?
Yes. Schools, nonprofits and organizations can run a giveback campaign with us, and we give 15% of sales back to your group. Email merch@polishedprints.com to get started.
How does payment work?
For school and organization shops, everyone pays as they order, so nobody is fronting the money or chasing Venmo requests. If you're placing one large order for the whole group at once, that order is paid in full up front.
Will I see a proof?
For full school and organization collections, yes. We send a proof for your approval before anything goes live. Orders placed through our custom listings on the site don't come with proofs, so if you have specific concerns about your artwork, email merch@polishedprints.com before you order and we'll talk it through.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or federal holidays. Pre-orders ship within the timeframe listed on the product. See our full shipping policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders of $75 or more.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Afterpay.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Start through our returns portal. Sale items, custom pieces and limited-edition collections are final sale. Read the full return policy for the fine print.
Sizing & Care
How do your tees fit?
Most of our adult tees are unisex. Size down for a closer fit, or stay true to size if you like some room. School spirit pieces run oversized and come in adult sizes S–3XL.
Baby bodysuits fit true to size; if your baby is between sizes, size up for more wear time. Toddler and youth sizes fit true to size. Every listing includes measurements, so compare them with a tee you already love.
How do I care for my order?
Wash cold and tumble dry low. Our prints use water-based inks, and they'll stay soft and bright a lot longer if you skip the hot cycle.
Wholesale
Can my store carry Polished Prints?
Yes. We're carried by 200+ retailers nationwide, and wholesale runs through our Faire shop. We'd love to be on your shelves.
About & Visiting
Who designs your tees?
Owner Leah Longueville designs every piece, sometimes alongside other creative people who share our soft spot for meaningful, feel-good design. Each one is meant to make you laugh, feel seen or remember what matters.
Where are you?
Our shop is at 101 East Vandalia Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
Wednesday–Friday: 10am–6pm
Saturday: 10am–4pm
Sunday: 12pm–4pm
Monday–Tuesday: Closed
