WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Sometimes it may take a little extra time if we have to retrieve a product from another location, but typically not more than 3 days.
Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship the following Monday. If you’re on a tight timeline, email us before ordering and we’ll do our best to helps.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless you select a different option at checkout. Need it faster? You can upgrade to Priority or UPS.
Estimated transit times (from ship date):
• Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days for most U.S. addresses
• Remote areas: 3–5 business days
• International orders: 1–4 weeks
Please note: delivery timelines begin once your order ships, not when it is placed.
For international orders, customs fees or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and delays once a package is in transit are outside our control.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your tracking shows delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for missing packages.
All orders include tracking. If tracking stops updating before delivery, reach out and we’ll work with you and the carrier to help locate your package.
