Plan to integrate some deep reflection into your new moon ritual, like an extra long meditation or solo time in nature, so that you can hear and connect with the whisper in your heart. There continues to be some astrological tension and the need to individually and collectively release around the Full Moon in Aquarius. You might remember that we had a Full Moon in Aquarius last month, as well, making this a blue moon. 

When meditating on the energy of this upcoming moon, I had a powerful vision of a lioness roaring into the open sky. I could feel the intensity and range of her emotions that were being released from her body. The lioness, like many of us, accepts her duty as nurturer and provider, approaching her pride with generosity and unwavering loyalty. But sometimes she needs to step away, feel into herself, dig up anything that doesn’t serve her, and let that shit go.  

In order to be your best, you have to take care of yourself, too. Be the lioness. Release your fear and frustrations. Approach setbacks with humor so that you don’t carry them with you. Step into the limelight with confidence and go after what you want. 

The sun moves into Virgo just hours after the full moon. If you are clear on what you want and have released stagnant energy holding you down, the energy of Virgo will help you get organized and aligned to go after it without looking back!
