What We’re Looking For: As our story unfolds and we continue to grow, we seek an Operations Specialist who will join our team as the engine powering our daily warehouse endeavors. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our operations, meticulously ensuring that each day flows effortlessly. Your watchful eye will oversee order fulfillment, manage inventory, and foster communication with both our wholesale and retail customers, echoing our brand's commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations with grace, including the seamless shipping of orders and meticulous inventory management.
- Cultivate effective communication with all customers, gracefully steering through orders and adeptly resolving any bumps along the way.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all delightful products within our warehouse, storage unit, and retail locations, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
- Adjust orders smoothly when out-of-stock products arise, all while keeping our inventory system in perfect sync.
- Infuse creativity into automations and workflows that will elevate our operations across the company.
- Upload new product listings into Shopify, Amazon, and Faire platforms, showcasing our latest creations to a broader audience.
- Receive and process purchase orders with precision, ensuring that every fulfillment is timely and flawless.
- Generate and maintain stock-out reports to vigilantly monitor inventory levels and product availability, safeguarding against shortages.
- Offer insightful buying recommendations to the owner, based on current inventory needs and sell-through rates.
- Ensure each order is filled accurately and accepted on time, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Tackle any issues independently as they unfold, embodying our problem-solving ethos.
- Submit orders for supplies and products with an eye on key deadlines, ensuring everything aligns perfectly.
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication with retail customers, enhancing their experience with us.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures with respect and diligence.
- Execute transfers and restocking within the warehouse, keeping our operations polished and professional.

**Hours & Compensation:**
- Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week awaits our dedicated Operations Specialist.
