Join our spirited team as a Part-Time Sales Coordinator, where your energy and enthusiasm will be key! You’ll take the helm in steering private events to our craft bar, engaging with local vendors, and nurturing our cherished customer relationships. This role beautifully blends sales prowess, event coordination finesse, and stellar customer service. If you have a love for event planning, an eye for detail, and a knack for driving growth, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plus, we’d love for you to sprinkle in at least 2 community events every month to foster connections within our neighborhood.
- Vendor Management: Be the maestro behind sourcing local vendors for public events like “Build Your Own T-Shirt Bars,” engaging workshops, serene pop-up yoga sessions, enchanting story hours, and playful princess parties.
- Lead Follow-Up: Chase down leads like a pro, transforming inquiries into bookings. Maintain and refresh our comprehensive customer database, capturing interactions and event details to create a seamless experience.
- In-Store Presence: Delight in approximately 10 hours of in-store presence each week, stepping in as a friendly sales associate when necessary.
- Event Oversight: Your magnetic spirit will shine brightly on-site during events; we ask for your availability for at least 3 weekends per month, embracing hours from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A background in sales, event planning, or customer service is a must.
- Skills: Your organization and communication skills should be top-notch, enabling you to juggle multiple events with ease. Experience with project management tools like Monday.com is a big plus!
- Availability: We need your vibrant energy across at least 3 weekends monthly between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility to adapt your hours for special events.
- Personality: With a spirit that radiates positivity, you effortlessly build rapport with clients and vendors alike. Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude will steer you through our fast-paced wonderland.

Benefits:
- Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17, complemented by a 20% commission on your bookings.
- As you thrive, there’s room to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
- Work hours are flexible, weaving together engaging in-store duties with dynamic event-focused tasks.
